This page explains how to delete your Freebox account and the data associated with it, as required by Google Play’s data-deletion policy.
Open Freebox → Settings → Delete account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated data.
If you can’t access the app, email howdamain@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Freebox account” from the email address on your account. We will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
We retain nothing tied to your identity after deletion. Aggregated, non-personal listing data (sourced from public marketplaces and not specific to you) remains in the catalog. Google Play retains its own record of subscription transactions per its policies — manage or cancel a subscription via Google Play → Subscriptions.
